Crispy Purabi Paneer Bite

Ingredients

200 grams Purabi Paneer, (cube/bite size)

1 teaspoon Red Chilli Powder

Salt to taste

1 tablespoon Cornflour

2 tablespoons All-purpose Flour (Maida)

1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper Powder

1 cup Breadcrumbs

Oil for shallow frying

 

 

Method

Take a bowl and add paneer, red chilli powder and salt. Mix well and let it sit for 10 mins.

In another bowl, mix cornflour, flour, salt, black pepper with some water and make a thick paste.

Dip Purabi paneer pieces one by one in the paste and cover it with breadcrumbs and keep aside

Now shallow fry the paneer pieces until they are golden in a non-stick pan.

Strain the extra oil and pat dry with tissue.

Voila! Serve this deliciously tempting and crunchy snack hot with your favourite chai!
