3 Smoothie Recipes to Lose Weight

Stress, hypertension and the worst- obesity are the consequences of such lifestyle. 30 minutes of daily exercising is definitely the best way to lose weight but one should follow a good diet too. Addressing the issue, here are three super-easy smoothies and shakes which will help you to lose weight fast and stimulate your positive energy throughout the day. Check them out.      

Almond-Banana Milk Shake

Ingredients:

  • Bananas, peeled and sliced – 2
  • Almond- 8/10 soaked overnight
  • Purabi milk – 1 cup
  • Peanut butter – ¼ cup
  • Chocolate spread/Powder – 2 to 3 tablespoons
  • Vanilla extract – ½ teaspoon
  • Ice cubes – 2 or 3

Method:

  • Put the bananas in a blender. Add the peanut butter and chocolate spread/powder
  • Pour in the milk, add vanilla extract and blend until the fruit and nuts combine well
  • Add ice cubes and blend again. Pour in a tall glass to serve.
  • Adjust milk if consistency is thick.

PS: Best to be served at once or it loses its nutrition in an hour or so. 

Coffee Banana Smoothie With Milk Or Yogurt

Ingredients:

  • Purabi smart milk: 2 cups or
  • Purabi Curd: 2 cups
  • Strong Coffee powder: 2 tsp
  • Banana: 1 (fully ripe)
  • Cinnamon and nutmeg powder: ½ tsp each
  • ground flax seed

Method:

  • Blend everything in a high speed blender.
  • Serve at once in a tall glass and serve with ice cubes.

Oreao and Cheese Smoothie

Ingredients:

Purabi Paneer (cottage cheese): 100 grams

Purabi Smart milk: 2/ 3 cup

Oreo cookies: 3

Vanilla extract: 1 teaspoon

Method:

  • Blend cottage cheese.
  • Add the rest of the ingredients to the blender.
  • Add more milk if a thinner texture is desired. Add crushed ice before serving.
  • Best served chill.
