Almond-Banana Milk Shake
Ingredients:
- Bananas, peeled and sliced – 2
- Almond- 8/10 soaked overnight
- Purabi milk – 1 cup
- Peanut butter – ¼ cup
- Chocolate spread/Powder – 2 to 3 tablespoons
- Vanilla extract – ½ teaspoon
- Ice cubes – 2 or 3
Method:
- Put the bananas in a blender. Add the peanut butter and chocolate spread/powder
- Pour in the milk, add vanilla extract and blend until the fruit and nuts combine well
- Add ice cubes and blend again. Pour in a tall glass to serve.
- Adjust milk if consistency is thick.
PS: Best to be served at once or it loses its nutrition in an hour or so.
Coffee Banana Smoothie With Milk Or Yogurt
Ingredients:
- Purabi smart milk: 2 cups or
- Purabi Curd: 2 cups
- Strong Coffee powder: 2 tsp
- Banana: 1 (fully ripe)
- Cinnamon and nutmeg powder: ½ tsp each
- ground flax seed
Method:
- Blend everything in a high speed blender.
- Serve at once in a tall glass and serve with ice cubes.
Oreao and Cheese Smoothie
Ingredients:
Purabi Paneer (cottage cheese): 100 grams
Purabi Smart milk: 2/ 3 cup
Oreo cookies: 3
Vanilla extract: 1 teaspoon
Method:
- Blend cottage cheese.
- Add the rest of the ingredients to the blender.
- Add more milk if a thinner texture is desired. Add crushed ice before serving.
- Best served chill.
