Overnight Oats: Mixing oats with equal parts of milk, letting them soak overnight in the refrigerator. The mixture can be consumed chilled or warmed up, topping it up with fruits, dry fruits, cinnamon, honey, etc.

Rice pudding/Kheer: Steamed brown or white rice is cooked in milk. Cinnamon, raisins, almonds are added which adds up on the nutritional value and also enhances the flavor. To make it healthier you can add jaggerry instead of sugar and top it with your choice of fresh fruits.

Smoothies: A fruit or multiple fruits are first sliced up. Milk or yogurt is then added and the mixture is churned in a blender. Smoothies are filling and high in nutrients, making it one of the healthiest choices for a snack.

Bread toasts and tea/coffee: Simple and familiar, this has been a snack to depend on. A strong cup of tea or coffee is the necessary charge we require in the morning. Most homes prefer adding Purabi milk to their cups.
