Cafe Mocha

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup of chocolate powder (you can also use chocolate syrup)
  • 2 tbsp. of coffee powder (use dark-roasted coffee beans)
  • A cup or two of Purabi milk
  • Whipped cream

Method

  • Prepare a usual strong coffee only with water and sugar
  • Heat the milk without letting it burn.
  • Add the chocolate powder or syrup into an oversized mug and pour the milk.
  • Stir it quickly until the powder dissolves.
  • Pour the coffee into the mug and stir it with the chocolate-coffee mixture
  • Add whipped cream and some more chocolate powder on top of the drink and that’s it!
