Make Your Coffee Summer Ready
And the summer is all up making you crazy with hot and humid days. But one thing you can’t deny that this is the best season to enjoy some coolest drinks of all time. And if you are a coffee lover, your favorite beverage just might go better with ice. Here are three great Iced Coffee Recipes, so you don’t have to say no to your Coffee again!
Thai Iced Coffee
Ingredients:
- Coffee Powder (strong espresso): 2 teaspoon
- Purabi Milk: 2 cups
- Sugar: 2 teaspoon (adjust with your own taste)
- Ice cubes: 4/5
Preparation:
- Make syrup by boiling water and sugar together.
- Make coffee shot by adding coffee powder to hot water (mixing vigorously).
- Boil milk and thicken it a bit.
- Now take a shaker and put all the things together and shake well.
- Serve with ice cubes.
Iced Choco-Latte
Ingredients:
- 4 teaspoons instant coffee granules
- 1 cup boiling water
- Sugar substitute equivalent to 4 teaspoons sugar, optional
- 2 cups fat-free milk
- 4 teaspoons chocolate syrup
- 1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Ice cubes
Method:
- In a large bowl, dissolve coffee in water. Add sweetener if desired.
- Stir in the milk, chocolate syrup and vanilla; mix well. Serve over ice.
Iced Coffee Milkshake
Ingredients:
- Strong brewed coffee: 1 cup
- Purabi milk (cold): 1 cup
- Chocolate/Coffee ice cream: 2 /4 scoops
- Powdered sugar: 1 /2 teaspoon
Method:
- Add water that has just come to a boil.
- Add coffee and allow to brew 4 minutes.
- Pour into an ice-filled jar/glass.
- Combine coffee with ice, milk and ice cream in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Makes serving for one.
